Cascazilla was a dark reddish brown with a massive, impressive, and lasting white head. The aroma was like a platter of fresh cut grapefruit wearing grapefruit perfume! There was also some caramel and bread malt aroma. I was excited for my first sip. This beer was so smooth with a great balance between the powerful citrus hops and sweet bread and caramel malt flavors. For a beer with prominent hop flavors it wasn't really bitter. I could have easily drank several of these. I'm sure I will sometime in the future!
Overall: 9/10
