This
imperial IPA from Souther Tier was golden brown with two finger's worth of white head. There were plentiful aromas of pine, grapefruit, and floral hops. There were some malt smells as well, but I had trouble making them out through the hops. The flavor was more balanced between citrus/grapefruit and pine hops and pilsnerish bready malt. This beer was very crisp tasting. I was impressed that I couldn't taste the 8.2% alchohl in the flavor. This beer was very smooth and definitely good but not great. I would try it again though.
Overall: 8/10

Hi, I'm Colin, I love a good hoppy IPA, but I can find immense enjoyment in a solid session beer, imperial stout, quadrupel or a nostalgic beer from my past.
