Rochefort 10 has the appearance of brown bread topped with a giant reddish white head. The aroma is abundant with sweet bread, caramel, sugar, molasses, raisin, fig, plum, and a small hint of alcohol. It feels heavy in my mouth like I could actually bite into it. The flavor is sweet, bready, stone fruit, and sugar all mixing together over a warming sensation from the alcohol. It reminds me of bread with a liquid center. I am repeatedly surprised how I can feel the beer on my teeth. Most quadruples are highly regarded among beer lovers, and this iconic beer won't disappoint if you are after a high alcohol brew.
Overall: 10/10
