I've enjoyed a decent amount of the beer available from
Camba Bavaria, so I was excited to get around to trying their
Imperial Stout. It poured black with a tan head. I could smell smooth chocolate, molasses, cherry, dark fruit and flowers. The flavor was bitter and milk chocolate, caramel, cherry, and fudge. I was surprised that I couldn't detect alcohol considering the 9.8% ABV. It was very smooth in my mouth and had a medium bitterness. I was really impressed by this beer and wish I had more of them.
Overall: 10/10

Hi, I'm Colin, I love a good hoppy IPA, but I can find immense enjoyment in a solid session beer, imperial stout, quadrupel or a nostalgic beer from my past.
